The Rotary Club of Fredericksburg held its annual Cupid's Bow Bash on Friday, February 14, 2025 -- actually happened on Valentine's Day for a change! More than 200 people attended the Cupid's Bow Bash, which also marked the 75th anniversary of the Club's chartering in 1950. In addition to a catered dinner by Vivere and an open wine, beer and specialty drink bar, guests were entertained by music from Bob Appel and his band. The evening also featured a silent auction, a wine pull and a raffle for a diamond necklace donated by James Avery. The theme for the evening was "Cupid comes to Fredericksburg." Guests received special cookies decorated with scenes from Fredericksburg, and table centerpieces featured photographs from 1950-vintage Fredericksburg.
